Applying is easy! Start by visiting our Floor Plans page and selecting a layout you love. Then, choose an available apartment home to apply online or in person through the leasing office. Our team is here to guide you through each step and ensure a smooth application process.

Applicants must provide a valid government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's license or passport, along with proof of income. Acceptable proof of income may include recent pay stubs, bank statements, or other qualifying income documentation. All applicants must also meet the community's rental qualification criteria.

Applicants must have a gross monthly income of at least 2.75 times the monthly rent and meet all other community qualification criteria, including credit, rental, and background screening requirements.

Yes. Renter's insurance is required for all residents before moving into their apartment home.

Residents will receive a renewal notice approximately 90 days before their lease expiration date. Residents can access the resident portal to review their renewal options, select their preferred lease term, and sign their lease documents electronically. Residents may also contact the leasing office for assistance with the renewal process.

No. Our community does not offer affordable housing programs.

Yes. We charge a $75 application fee, a $175 administrative fee.

No, we do not provide move-in assistance services. However, our team is happy to offer recommendations and guidance to help make your move-in process as smooth as possible.

If you need to terminate your lease early, you will be required to provide a 60-day written notice to vacate. Residents are also responsible for an early lease termination fee equal to one month's rent, along with any other applicable charges outlined in the lease agreement.

Rent can be paid online through the resident portal or through the Bilt app. Residents may also bring a money order, cashier’s check, or personal check to the leasing office. Additionally, rent payments can be made at participating MoneyGram locations. For added flexibility, residents can enroll in Flex, which offers a flexible rent payment service that allows rent to be split into smaller payments throughout the month.

Yes. Floor plans that include a washer and dryer are subject to a monthly appliance fee of $45.00. In addition, renovated apartment homes have a monthly premium based on the floor plan size: $150.00 for one-bedroom apartments, $175.00 for two-bedroom apartments, and $200.00 for three-bedroom apartments.

Yes, parking is available throughout the community. Parking is open and unassigned, allowing residents and guests to park in any available parking space.

No, there is no parking fee. Residents and guests may use the community's parking areas at no additional cost.

No. We do not offer EV charging stations on-site at this time.

Yes, our community is pet-friendly. Residents are welcome to have pets and are required to pay a $300 non-refundable pet fee and a $30 monthly pet fee for each pet.

Our apartment homes offer a variety of features designed for comfort and convenience. Most 2- and 3-bedroom homes, as well as select 1-bedroom homes, include a washer and dryer. Homes feature black appliances, while renovated apartment homes offer stainless steel appliances. All garden-style apartments include a private patio, and all townhomes feature a private courtyard. No, the community does not have shared laundry facilities. However, many apartment homes include an in-unit washer and dryer for residents' convenience.

The community has an Amazon Hub on-site for Amazon package deliveries. For packages from other carriers, deliveries are typically made directly to the resident's apartment door.

Yes, we regularly host community events and activities for our residents.

Yes, the community observes quiet hours to help ensure a peaceful living environment for all residents. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 6 am Sunday through Thursday and from 12 am to 7 am on Friday and Saturday.

Residents can report noise complaints to the leasing office. Management will investigate the complaint and, if necessary, send a notice to the resident by email and place a letter on their door. Our security company may also be notified to monitor the situation and help ensure community quiet-hour policies are followed.

Mirador at Idlewood is a smoke-free community.

Residents can submit maintenance requests through the resident portal, call the leasing office to have a work order entered on their behalf, or visit the leasing office in person to report a maintenance issue.

Emergency maintenance issues—such as flooding, loss of air conditioning during extreme heat, electrical hazards, or any situation that affects resident safety—are handled immediately and are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Urgent but non-emergency concerns, such as appliances not functioning properly, are prioritized as soon as a maintenance technician is available. Standard work orders are typically completed within 24 to 48 hours, depending on the nature of the request and the order in which requests are received.
